Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.

We do! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Just to name a few countries that we ship to, we ship to the USA, EU, Canada (CAN), Australia (AU), amongst a ton of other countries! After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time of approximately 3-5 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
